Ilya Sutskever, OpenAI's former chief scientist, launches new AI company Safe Superintelligence and looks for talent in Tel Aviv

Ilya Sutskever (age 37) is certainly among the top researchers in machine learning & AI. His lifetime citation count is a very impressive 514,807 according to Google Scholar. And he has published about 129 papers according to Semantic Scholar.
