To have the totally discredited PA involved is delusional as was already pointed out by Netanyahu. Or as Netanyahu put it this will not be Oslo II in reference to the utterly failed Oslo accords of 1993.

I am afraid the transition period will be long (years if not a decade or more) to make sure Gaza becomes e.g. an oasis of peace, free markets, and prosperity like Hong Kong or Singapore or Switzerland! There is enormous potential for Gaza and its people, but the people have to permanently get rid of scum like Hamas! Turn Gaza into a shining star in the Middle East with the help of Israel and others.
