Food for thought!
The more important question is perhaps what will people do with all their off work/leisure time?
Certainly, advances in technology (in combination with population growth) over the past two hundred years (or since the Industrial Revolution) or so have made it possible to reduce the work week. Why should it be different this time?
Population growth may not be an issue anymore going forward. E.g. Europe's (excluding immigrants) & China's population is shrinking. With the expansion of the middle class in India, population growth in this country may also decline. As more African countries become prosperous ...
