California Just Banned 'Crime-Free' Housing. Here's Why Other States Should Too. Really!

Some think tanks are operating deep inside muddy waters!

Why should a landlord tolerate a criminal among the tenants?
Why would the other tenants of the landlord welcome a criminal in their vicinity?

Perhaps, we should let the other tenants have a non-binding anonymous vote on whether they desire the criminal to remain a tenant and neighbor?

"For decades, cities across the United States have implemented policies that encourage landlords to evict tenants who are involved with the criminal justice system. As of last week, California became the first state to ban these “crime-free housing” policies. According to RAND's Max Griswold, more states should follow suit. Why?
