This is worthy of a banana republic! As a former downtown dweller of Philadelphia I find this outrageous! Philadelphia, the city of brotherly love and sisterly affection!
William Penn was a persecuted Quaker (the religious society of friends) and a refugee for heaven's sake! This is an ideological attack on freedom of religion and much more!
Benjamin Franklin and so many other Founding Fathers and Mothers are not amused! Were he still alive I would be curious to learn what his comment would be.
