Here we learnt that already awful U.S. President Clinton introduced this demagoguery with Executive Order 12898 titled "Federal Actions To Address Environmental Justice in Minority Populations and Low-Income Populations" signed February 11, 1994!
What the heck is actually "environmental justice"? It is mostly for pure propaganda and demagoguery purposes!
Is following not true for any policy? What is so special about environmental policies?
