It is certainly a welcome development that more and more states are intending to pass right to try laws like Colorado.

Only For Terminally Ill?

However, the initiative is to narrowly defined, because the right to try is limited to terminally ill patients only.

I would argue that every adult should have the right to try non-approved medications, domestic or foreign.
