What a stupid article published in the latest issue of Foreign Affairs!
The man previously worked as a spy himself: "Mr. Cohen was Deputy Director of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA); he also served briefly as Acting Director of the CIA in 2021." Once a spy, always a spy?
