US Added 1,200 Millionaires a Day Last Year for a total of 441,078 new millionaires or almost half of all new millionaires worldwide

"The United States added 441,078 new millionaires last year, more than 1,200 every day, according to global wealth data. There are now 23.6 million American millionaires, more than two of every five worldwide.

Global personal wealth rose 10.8% in 2025, and nearly 1 million people worldwide joined the ranks of millionaires. Every one of the 56 markets tracked ended the year with more millionaires than it started. ..."

Switzerland continued to top the ranking for average wealth per adult at USD 910,382, followed by the United States and Luxembourg ...

Global Wealth Report 2026: Global wealth rose over 10% in 2025 (original news release) "In 2025, global wealth expanded at its fastest pace since 2017, marking the third consecutive year of growth. The latest edition of the UBS Global Wealth Report shows a broad-based increase in personal wealth, driven by strong financial markets and rising non‑financial assets, with average wealth growing faster than global economic output. However, gains were uneven, with differences across regions and wealth segments."
