I am not following the current peace/cease fire agreement negotiations very closely or in great detail, but my impression so far is that President Trump is failing on this issue as the leader of the free world and as a peacemaker.
Putin the Terrible is a megalomaniac warmonger and war criminal. He should be indicted like the Nuremberg Trials!
Make no mistake, the Russo-Ukrainian War is already World War III for a long time by any other name given how many countries are involved on both sides.
It is good that President Trump is pushing the European countries and their militaries to take on more responsibility to contain and deter Putin the Terrible! But this is hardly enough!
Russia should be forced to give up all occupied territories of the Ukraine including Crimea (occupied since 2014). This is a sine qua non!
It should be only a matter of time that the Russian people will finally get rid of Putin the Terrible! Western countries should increase the pressure on Russia. Russian war casualties are estimated as a minimum of 500,000 and upwards of one million or more! What were these young Russian men dying or maimed for?
