I have just blogged here about the legalization of psychoactive drugs in Western countries.
"This is a huge shift in U.S. drug policy, but it doesn’t legalize marijuana federally. The move is an effort to expand medical research into cannabis applications, including medical marijuana and CBD, senior administration officials said. Trump’s executive order is expected to eliminate tax burdens that have made profitability difficult for many in the legal pot industry."
