What a joke this is! The essay seems to be lot's of blather!
Oh, this utter and arrogant fool in the administration of the senile, demented and corrupt 46th President now publishes an essay! Here is my blog on the legacy of the 46th President.
A great Secretary of State would have long resigned his job given that the 46th President refused to resign for unfitness and obvious, severe cognitive decline!
What has he accomplished during his term? I bet nothing! Worse, under his watch, the world has become a much more dangerous place!
Here are some excerpts:

Really! High inflation! Precariously high government debt ... - "As secretary of state, I don’t do politics; I do policy."
He sounds an awful lot like Mistress Kamala!
Caveat: I did not read the entire essay (I thought it would be a waste of time).
