Food for thought! This is a very interesting prospect! I had kind of forgotten that Russia is officially a federation and hundreds or so of ethnic minorities live in Russia.
Will the megalomaniac and war criminal Putin the Terrible cause the federation to fall apart? Or will the republics in the future prevent another Putin the Terrible?
