Federal appeals court overturns West Virginia transgender sports ban ruling that the law violated Title IX, which prohibits gender discrimination in schools

I guess, the ball is back in the court of the U.S. Congress to pass legislation that only the biological sex matters as far as sports is concerned not the assumed sex identity of an individual! 

E.g. transgender individuals could have their own sports events like wheelchair marathon or basketball or Paralympic Games! Pardon my inappropriate comparison! I did not mean to imply that transgender individuals are disabled. 😊
