Climate justice: Top European Court of Human Rights condemns Switzerland in landmark ruling. Really! A grave travesty of justice!

This is very serious stuff!

More travesty of justice in the name of the greatest scam of our time: The Global Warming hoax and Climate Change!

I am afraid we are reaching a new low regarding this greatest scam! Yesterday, I blogged here that the highest court of India also just came out in favor of climate justice! This is a serious turn for the worse!

This court and the Indian Supreme Court set a terrible precedent!

This judicial compromise stinks to heaven! These justices tried to have it both ways by declaring a climate justice right, but denying victim status in this case! An awful decision!

"Europe's top rights court ruled on Tuesday, April 9, that Switzerland was not doing enough to tackle climate change, in its first such ruling on the responsibility of states in curbing global warming. ..."

"The ECHR has delivered Grand Chamber rulings in three climate change cases.

The case Verein KlimaSeniorinnen Schweiz and Others v. Switzerland concerned a complaint by four women and a Swiss association, Verein KlimaSeniorinnen Schweiz, whose members are concerned about the consequences of global warming on their living conditions and health. They consider that the Swiss authorities are not taking sufficient action to mitigate the effects of climate change. The Court found that the Convention encompasses a right to effective protection by the State authorities from the serious adverse effects of climate change on lives, health, well-being and quality of life. However, it held that the four individual applicants did not fulfil the victim-status criteria under Article 34 of the Convention and declared their complaints inadmissible. ..."

Climate justice: Top European rights court condemns Switzerland in landmark ruling The European Court of Human Rights ruled on 3 cases filed by European citizens accusing countries of not doing enough to prevent climate change, rejecting two cases yet siding with one against Switzerland.
