If such a peace deal or something close to it would become reality, then this is perhaps one of the best outcomes of the ongoing Israel-Hamas War!

I think Gantz is quite wrong believing the Israel-Hamas War will take many years! Clearly, Hamas is loosing the war. Depending on the solution for after the war, Hamas is doomed!
