46th President Plans Radical Expansion by about 130,000 acres Of Two National Monuments in California

Biden Plans Radical Expansion Of Two National Monuments Biden wants to expand one monument by another 110,000 acres, an area roughly the size of California’s Lassen Volcanic National Park.
