"Chinese Defense Minister Li Shangfu has been expelled from his post, the country's top legislative body said Tuesday without elaborating.
In a regular meeting, the National People's Congress Standing Committee removed Li, according to state media. The removal made Li the second minister to be ousted recently, after Qin Gang had his term as foreign minister cut short in July. ..."
