Very annoying! It happens very often on weekends and holidays that this important website is not reachable! This terrible situation has been going on for several months now.
I use Semantic Scholar basically every day multiple times for my machine learning and AI research. I also maintain an extensive library at SS, which I update very frequently.
It just happened again!
