Illicit fentanyl use in the U.S. far higher (20 times) than previously reported. Really!

My strong guess is the number and selection of survey participants are flawed!

Just 1,500 survey participants is not a whole lot! There are lies, damned lies, and statistics.

There are strong incentives to inflate the numbers: More money for research, care etc. There is also this strong notion/prejudice that the US must be a nation of drug addicts.
