Louisiana criminalizes abortion pills. The usual suspects protest!

Abortion inducing pills are anything but a "standard of care"! What a disturbing euphemism in this case! They are poison to end unborn human life!

Thus, these pills should be subject to strict regulations! If there is a serious medically defensible diagnosis other than quackery, these pills certainly should be prescribed and used for treatment.

The other option is to criminalize women, who carelessly or recklessly take abortion pills to end pregnancies and unborn human life.

Unfortunately, these pills e.g. will then be traded on the black market. So women beware!

"Abortion pills are now considered “controlled dangerous substances” in Louisiana under a first-of-its-kind law that took effect Tuesday, criminalizing possession without a prescription, CNN reports.

Mifepristone and misoprostol are used for medication abortions and in routine miscarriage management. Misoprostol is also used to stop dangerous bleeding after childbirth.
The new law requires that the pills be kept in a locked box in hospitals, raising fears that physicians will not be able to access the drugs quickly in emergency situations, AP reports.
The pills are now in the same category as opioids, antidepressants, and other potentially addictive substances, The Hill reports.
Stage set for tighter restrictions in other states? “This new law sets a dangerous precedent by mischaracterizing safe medications [???] that are neither addictive nor dangerous, but rather are standard of care [???] for a variety of women’s health and other conditions,” said Jennifer Avegno, director of the New Orleans Health Department."
