Legislatores Against The Silent Majority
In Europe and the US laws were passed by our ever so clairvoyant
and busybody lawmakers to phase out Edison’s light bulb in favor of CFLs (Compact fluorescent lamp).
When Government Prescribes One Technology
What a folly, since new technologies like LED light were
already around the corner. What a deception since it was well known that CFLs
because of their mercury content are health hazards.
No better recent example of blatant government failure
comes so easily to my mind!
