Do we need a global registry of men and women who do not want images of nudity published in the public domain?

Would something like this be a solution or part of a solution to the proliferation and display of fake sexual/nudity images generated by AI in the public domain?

Of course, look alikes, mistaken identity and other, similar issues make the task of preventing fake obscene, sexualized, or nudity images of individuals  difficult.
