Short answer: Affirmative action or the race-based preferential admission to college education in the U.S. What is even more disturbing that the U.S. Supreme Court has been upholding this form of racism for decades.
Two wrongs never make a right! This is blatantly unconstitutional and all the Supreme Court justices and other judges, dead or alive, who have defended this ought to be ashamed!
