Is it possible that the Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese speaks like Kamala Harris?

I just saw a brief excerpt of his speech at the Quad meeting. It sounded eerily similar to and reminded me immediately of Mistress Kamala as he used  platitudes, makes them sound so very important and expands on them.
