U.S. Passports, TSA to Update Gender Options for Travelers

I bet this will cause some trouble down the road! Why should I not choose to have gender X in my U.S. passport? This selection will will then eventually end up in my state drivers license, I suppose.

Would this then give anyone the option to choose at any time or opportunity, which sex is best? As a biological male want to get a massage in the ladies section of a massage parlor, no problem! Getting a massage with other men is too boring. 😄 (Caution: This just some wild conjecture)

Or how about someone who wants to get rich by claiming X was mistreated/injured and thereby filing a lawsuit?

"Americans will be able to select an X gender designation on their passport applications starting April 11, the State Department said [on 3/31/2022]. The X gender marker will be defined as “unspecified or another gender identity” on forms, the department said, based on input from members of the LGBTQ community and others. ..."
