Nevada November 2020 election oddities

Many things went very wrong with the U.S. general elections of November 2020. The 46th President won this state by 703,486 over 669,890 (or by 33,596 votes). However, there were also 14,079 votes attributed to no candidate and 14,783 votes attributed to the best third candidate. (Source)

Here is the example of Nevada:

1.  "the state continued to accept mail in ballots until Nov. 10, a full week after election day"
2. "Nevada allows for mail-in ballot counting to begin before election day."
3. "In Nevada, every ballot postmarked up through election day is counted, but voters have almost a full week to “cure” – properly sign and/or complete ballot documentation – if they failed to do so initially."
