Laughable! Draghi is a Dracula! He is a creature of the system! Don't expect too much from him. He was a terrible European Central Bank (ECB) president. This is most likely a bad choice for Italy! One can only hope, this man has learnt from his past mistakes and is wiser now! Unfortunately, this rarely happens! I blogged previously e.g. here, here, and here about him!
