More straight forward would be to impeach the responsible members of the administration and the president himself! This would also put Dimocratic Party members of the U.S. Congress on notice!
I also totally do not understand why the governors of the two most affected border states Arizona and Texas have not taken bolder and stronger measures to secure the border themselves if the federal government so obviously has failed for two years!
