Why Time Flies as We Age

Posted: 3/20/2019

Nice example of incomplete or inadequate science! So a professor of mechanical engineering (Adrian Bejan) at Duke University comes up with the theory “... this apparent temporal discrepancy can be blamed on the ever-slowing speed at which images are obtained and processed by the human brain as the body ages.”

How about largely carefree life when growing up versus increased responsibilities and commitments as an adult? This theory makes more sense to me and this has probably more explanatory power!

The pressure on professors and scientists to publish anything must be unbearable! (just kidding)
