Very recommendable! Excellent! Bravo! To bad Mr. Sowell spent only about one sentence to mention that slavery also existed for centuries in Africa among Africans before and after Europeans arrived.
Were not African tribes involved in the slave trade as well by e.g. selling other Africans to slave traders? Is it even possible that some of the African slaves that arrived on the shores of North or Latin America were themselves slave owners at some point in time back in Africa? One questions leads to another ...
