The NATO-EU Joint Declaration Is a Defeat for Americans

Food for thought! The discussion has been ongoing for many years whether the United States should be so much involved in the defense and security of Europe since the demise of the Soviet Union.

E.g. President Trump was right to point out that European countries were not spending enough on defense!
