Execute the Buffalo mass shooter. Why?

I am personally very much against the death penalty. I do not agree with some of the statements in the below cited article by the Manhattan Institute.

However, there are exceptions and ways to handle capital punishment as I explained in my 2014 blog post. I repeat here a quote from this blog post:

This horrific mass murderer may very well qualify for capital punishment!
