What an empty suit this cognitively impaired 46th President is!
He missed an opportunity! However his proclamation is full of platitudes and phony ideologies! Not once does he mention God so as to prevent any discomfort to any other religion or faith! He did not mention Jews either although their contributions to the U.S. and the special relationship with Israel deserve mentioning!

One thing is for sure, this 46th President is not praying at all otherwise he would not be such a socialist and partisan hack and he would give credit to his predecessor where its due!
