This obsession with parity (50% women) is annoying! Phony DEI is promoted!

In the battle of the sexes men watch out! E.g. is it not curious that the very small share of female employees in the construction and mining industry is never or rarely mentioned? Let men continue to do the sweaty and dirty work!

Or why are not more men working in childcare?
