The Queen toured Yugoslavia in October 1972 ... She was received at the airport by President Josip Broz Tito, and a crowd of thousands greeted her in Belgrade. ..." (Source)

"... She met with her country's newest prime minister, Liz Truss [two days ago]. However, the queen for the first time in her 70-year reign have appointed a new prime minister somewhere other than Buckingham Palace raised speculation about her health.
Elizabeth's 73-year-old eldest son, Charles, Prince of Wales, is heir to the throne. His wife, Camilla, will be Queen Consort. ..."
