Typed Python in 2024, 10 years after introduction: Well adopted, yet usability challenges persist

Good that typing was introduced into Python!

As a minimum it can prevent some stupid human mistakes and it improves stability and reliability.

Me too, I use Visual Studio Code (free). I tried the PyCharm Community Edition  briefly and it did not convince me, VSC is clearly better.
