Picture of the day

German minister Nancy Faeser bows and prostitutes herself before Qatari sheikh. She is half naked (from a traditional Arab viewpoint) and she wears this LGBTQ armband! What is the point of this infantile provocation!
What an utter fool she is worthy of a banana republic like Germany!

Picture of the day

This street in Berlin, Germany is named after the famous German novelist Thomas Mann (man)! Someone renamed it in Thomas frau* (woman)! Very funny (caution: irony) and banal!

This is remindful of "Eichmann in Jerusalem: A Report on the Banality of Evil" by Hannah Arendt! Thomas Mann actually emigrated when Hitler came to power!

Picture of the day: Mobile stock trading platforms for everyone everywhere!

I saw this advertisement today! What happened to responsibility? Ready to loose you last shirt tapping on a small screen? How about addiction? (just kidding)

The ThinkOrSwim trading platform for daytraders and other lay traders has come a long way!

Picture of the day: Olaf Scholz taken advantage of by Xi Jinping

In German, the expression is more apt: Olaf Scholz wurde über den Tisch gezogen! (OS was pulled across the table)

Is Olaf Scholz, the German chancellor, an empty suit?

Picture of the day: Bitcoin 12 months settlement volume

The information is dated!

"On-chain analytics show Bitcoin is the most efficient value settlement network, settling more than $60 trillion in transfer volume to date."

Picture of the day: When concerned citizens become the enemy of the state

Sign of our times!

Translation: Once a citizen becomes a nuisance, he is suddenly declared a right wing extremist.

Picture of the day!

This picture was published by the Poland Daily Live channel on YouTube!

Putin the Terrible with cross bones like a poison warning.

Russia spelled with Nazi SS runic insignia.

And the German Achtung, which stands for the German military drill command to to stand in attention. I think this captures Russia under Putin the Terrible very well!

Picture of the day

What a trio! What an alliance! What a meeting of the minds! 😉

Putin the Terrible, President (self proclaimed Ayatollah) of Iran Raisi, President of Turkey (NATO member) Erdogan (how senile is he)

Picture of the day

Imagine the man in the picture was actually the demented and senile 46th President, who is largely responsible for the current high gas prices!

Unfortunately, my Photoshop skills are almost non existent! 😄

Mona Lisa In An Age Of Beauty Obsession?

Posted: 12/13/2018

Today, I saw this picture of Mona Lisa posted in my LinkedIn account:

Shocking, stirring, provocative, or plain stupid …?

The great human drive or urge for self improvement or vanity never ceases. Some prefer quick and easy cosmetic surgery for outward only change …

The painting of Mona Lisa has been used and abused many times over the century for all kinds of purposes. This is just a latest example of artistic provocation by adopting a well recognized piece of art.
