New Stonehenge Documentary

I watched recently this excellent documentary called “Stonehenge Empire” released by the Smithsonian Channel.

Some Highlights

Unfortunately, my memories are fading …

1. The site of Stonehenge is much larger than previously thought
2. The site was probably chosen, because at a near by spring stones would change color to a shining purple when dried
3. Women warriors were probably involved in defending villages at Stonehenge
4. There were a number of other remarkable facts ...

Aerial Utah Without Monument Valley

I recently watched this excellent documentary about Utah titled “Aerial Utah” released by the Smithsonian Channel.

However, this 46 minutes long documentary does not show any footage of the Monument Valley, which is in my view an incomprehensible omission.
