Florida Governor DeSantis and Texas Governor Greg Abbott deal a Blow to Controversial Flock Cameras so do more and more cities. Really!

Bad news! This was probably a stupid decision by both governors Were they giving in to some populism and some social media pressure?

It very much looks like a government overreaction!

I blogged here recently about the phony Flock camera controversy.

How stupid is that! How many adults will be pissed off by that! Busybody legislators at their worst!

When child protection laws goes overboard! 

Where does this end? Will also Google search have to ask users for age verification when they Google for porn pix?

Is it not primarily the responsibility of parents to prevent their young children from accessing such sites (and other age inappropriate sites)?

Will not businesses provide child protection as well when demanded by parents?

Why do not e.g. devices used by children advertise/signal that a child is using this device?

Was is not one of the motivations to make pornography easier available in Western countries since the 1960s or so, because it prevents some sexual assaults etc. on women? What a retrograde development!

It appears by using e.g. a VPN (choosing a location in another country) one can easily circumvent these age verification procedures implemented by porn sites, but not without hassles.

The EPA Is preparing the bloodbath for the U.S. automobile industry for no good reason!

There can never be enough sacrifices for the Global Warming hoax and Climate Change religion!

This is pure and horrible socialist central planning by the federal government!

CDC and FDA recommend to pause Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 Vaccine

Update of 4/24/2021: It took the CDC bureaucracy a total of 11 days to reconsider/correct their bad decision to entirely pause the J & J vaccine (see e.g. here)

Why would these two federal agencies recommend to pause all Johnson & Johnson vaccinations? Only six women between the ages of 18 and 48 out of almost 7 million administered vaccine doses in the U.S. alone!

This is clearly yet another of already many irrational overreactions! Is this one due to politically correctness? Why not pause the vaccinations for only women between the ages of 18 and 48? Would that be considered gender discrimination in these gender challenged and gender equity times? How irresponsible is this pause!
