Witkoff on Ukraine: "Doing a peace deal is becoming infectious"

Did President Trump ask the Ukraine to recognize Russian sovereignty over the Crimean peninsula?

If yes, then this was a huge mistake! Something similar was reported in the news several times.

It was shameful by the Western countries that they did not more to prevent and undo the invasion and occupation of the Crimean peninsula in 2014! Had Western countries responded stronger, even militarily, Putin the Terrible would probably not have dared to invade the Ukraine again in 2022!

Again this Steve Witkoff was involved! I have already speculated here that he is a fool and Trump should get rid of him!

I don't expect too much! In my opinion, President Trump chose the wrong person as special envoy for this and other jobs! Not long ago, I blogged here that President Trump should have fired Witkoff.

Then there is the obstinance of Putin the Terrible (age 72, former KGB agent, Russian tsar since 2012), a megalomaniac and war criminal!
