The Rumble in the Jungle 1974. R.I.P. George Foreman!

He survived Muhammad Ali by about 9 years!

The era of iconic heavyweight boxing champions is over now I am afraid!

My father got me up at night to watch this boxing match on TV in Germany! Call that father - son bonding!

"... The event had an attendance of 60,000 people and was one of the most watched televised events at the time. Ali won by knockout in the eighth round. ..."

Foreman learnt a lesson or two

Foreman missed, Ali was surprised

Did any other boxer ever go down like this? The knock out!

Growl is building the Peloton of boxing. Really!

Will somebody please create a deepfake video for this with Muhammad Ali/Cassius Clay! 😊

The Rumble in the Jungle (1974) became a growl! (My late father and I watched this boxing match in the middle of the night) 😊

Zeina Nassar

This good looking, hard hitting lady immediately knocked me off my feet. :-)

She always wears her Hijab while boxing.

She studies sociology! She is a sponsor for Nike’s new product Pro Hijab.

She was encouraged by her father and brother, both involved in combat sports themselves.

Here is a video with her and about her: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w_CzwfBtj9I
