Some fools want us to believe that the assassination of Charlie Kirk was an act of gun violence and due to lack of gun control! This is absurd!

Anyone, who makes such or similar claims is likely a contemptible demagogue!

Is the UnitedHealthcare CEO killer trying to plead insanity

Recent news reports of the killer's strange behavior in public definitely suggests that this killer (who shot his victim in the back) could be trying to go for a plea of "not guilty by reason of insanity" (NGRI).

I blogged here about the strange coincidence of Altoona, PA.

But is he insane or is he clever? If he is clever, I hope the jury is not falling for his insanity playbook.

1. No distinction between crime or criminal related deaths and other deaths
2. To count suicides among among gun deaths is very dubious
3. Why there is a "disproportionate impact" on black children also deserves to be separately analyzed more carefully and ought to be addressed

The parents of a teenager who killed four classmates at his high school in Michian were each sentenced to 10 to 15 years in prison

In principal, parents should be held accountable when their underage child commits a murder with a gun. If you have a gun at home with children, then you have automatically increased responsibility and accountability!

However, the circumstances of each case matter a lot.

Some reports suggested that the parents ignored warning signs about the mental condition of their son.

Beware that enemies of he Second Amendment will do all they can to exploit this tragedy as usual!
