Virginia Governor Spanberger Restores Voting Rights to 66,000 Virginia Felons

The Commonwealth of Virginia under the Dimocratic Party Governor Abigail Spanberger is very busy adding ten thousands of voters while removing only thousands of voters after being caught!

Apparently, the Dimocratic Party wants to increase their hold on Virginia.

Spanberger Restores Voting Rights to 66,000 Virginia Felons "Virginia Gov. Abigail Spanberger (D) announced that her administration has restored voting rights to more than 66,000 Virginians who have “past felony convictions.”"

Virginia: Three school boys complained about a transgender boy when she visited their locker room

What is wrong with these three boys? Just kidding! Well the transgender boy was video recording the complaining boys!

This is, I believe, the first public case of a transgender boy visiting a boys locker room that I am aware of.

"A Northern Virginia school district will suspend two boys who complained when a girl, who identifies as a boy, used their locker room at school—and the district will also force the boys to work out a “corrective action plan” with school administrators. ...

Loudoun County Public Schools investigated three high school boys for “sexual harassment” in violation of Title IX—a federal law prohibiting sex discrimination—after they complained about the girl in their locker room. The girl reportedly used her phone to record the boys complaining about her—a violation of school district policy—but the district investigated the boys, not the girl who recorded them. ...

He [Virginia Governor Youngkin] also noted that Loudoun County Public Schools initially investigated three boys—one Muslim, two Christian—but dropped the investigation into the Muslim boy, while holding the Christian boys on the hook. ..."

First time in Virginia's history that both major party candidates are women and it is white (D) against black (R)

Good news! Can Winsome win this one too?

"Virginia's 2025 gubernatorial race is already historic—and the election is still seven months away. ...

For the first time in commonwealth history, both major-party nominees are women:
Democratic former congresswoman Abigail Spanberger and
Republican Lt. Gov. Winsome Earle-Sears.
One of them will become Virginia's first female governor, breaking a barrier that has stood since Patrick Henry became the commonwealth's first governor in 1776. ..."

Nuclear Fusion Start-Up Plans to Build Its First Power Plant in Virginia

Forget about lousy wind power and ugly and mass animals killing wind turbine farms! Wind power is so regressive and unreliable! Or how many batteries are needed?

Is this the beginning of the energy independence of the US that the incoming President Trump is talking about? Hopefully so!

"Commonwealth Fusion Systems, a start-up founded by scientists at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, said on Tuesday that it planned to build its first fusion power plant in Virginia, with the aim of generating zero-emissions electricity there in the early 2030s. ..."

"... This will mark the first time fusion power will be made available in the world at grid scale. We’ll plug 400 megawatts of steady fusion power into the state’s electrical grid starting in the early 2030s. We expect [power plant] ARC will create hundreds of jobs to build and operate the power plant. ...

This ARC plant in Virginia is the first of thousands of fusion power plants we plan to put on the grid as part of our mission to deliver fusion energy with the urgency the energy transition demands. Scaling up a new technology is hard work, but humanity has done it before when motivated by a powerful mission — the United States building airplanes in World War II and Tesla building electric cars are good examples. ..."

Break-in at Trump campaign office in Virginia - unidentified, unmasked suspect still at large caught on video

How long will it take for following conspiracy theory to surface:
Trump must have staged the break in like he staged his assassination attempt! Caution: Satire!

Which criminal is so stupid to burglarize, without a facial mask, a campaign office expected to be secured by video surveillance?

Did Iran pay this dude? 😊

Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin Mandates Paper Ballots and he cleans the voter rolls for the November Election

Good news! Bravo! Of course, going back to paper ballots is not a long term solution, it is more like a stop gap measure!

Why is Youngkin not the presidential candidate for the GOP!

"... The order outlines several election integrity requirements, including a “documented chain of custody” wherein ballots will be tracked through “every step of the process,” and that no voting machines will be used — just paper ballot-counting machines that are not connected to the internet. ...
EO 35 also instructs the state’s Department of Elections to remove “non-citizens who may have purposefully or accidentally registered to vote.”
Between January 2022 and July 2024, the Youngkin administration’s records revealed that over 6,300 non-citizens were removed from the voter rolls.

Election officials also found and removed 79,867 deceased individuals from the voter rolls as well as registered voters who had moved out of state. ..."

How worms influenced evolution by increasing atmospheric oxygen

Amazing stuff!

"... The digging of prehistoric worms and other invertebrates churned up sediment along the ocean floor, exposing some minerals and burying others beneath layers of mud, silt, and sand. When scientists examined mixed sediments in the Chesapeake Bay, where conditions closely mimic those found in the early ocean, they found surprisingly high levels of pyrite—a mineral that releases oxygen when it forms but dissolves when exposed to oxygen in the water. Burrowing worms would have helped bury newly-formed pyrite while also unearthing the chemicals needed to make more of it, thereby releasing more oxygen and allowing it to build up rapidly in the atmosphere. ...
This steep increase in atmospheric oxygen kickstarted what is known as the Great Ordovician Biodiversification Event, which occurred about 480 million years ago and spawned a spectacular diversity of new animal species ..."

From the abstract:
"The early Paleozoic Era (∼540–420 Ma) was an interval of profound biogeochemical changes including increasing oxygen (O2) and the onset of bioturbation (sediment mixing by animals). It is hypothesized that incipient bioturbation caused a monotonic decrease in sedimentary burial of pyrite (FeS2), which would have slowed atmospheric O2 accumulation. However, pyrite accumulation can exhibit complex responses to dynamic, low-O2 environmental conditions. To assess pyrite burial in a potential modern analogue to early Paleozoic environments, we collected sediment cores from the Chesapeake Bay, an estuary with multiple gradients in sulfate concentration, hypoxia intensity, organic carbon flux and lability, and bioturbation. Results indicate that pyrite accumulation is maximized not under strong sulfate depletion in highly reducing sediments, but rather in sediments that occupy the mid-range of sulfate–chloride ratios. This probably occurs through efficient replenishment of pore water sulfate and/or through the generation of sulfur redox intermediates, which promote pyrite formation via the polysulfide reaction pathway. In light of these results and in contrast to earlier models, we hypothesize that mild early Paleozoic bioturbation temporarily increased pyrite burial efficiency by stimulating higher sulfate reduction rates and increasing sedimentary sulfide retention. Compiled sulfur and carbon data from a geochemical database indicate that median sulfur-carbon ratios of fine-grained marine siliciclastic rocks increased from the Ediacaran through the Ordovician, then decreased and became much less variable from the Silurian onward. Thus, the Cambrian and Ordovician Periods may constitute a distinct interval of the Proterozoic-Phanerozoic transition in which bioturbation temporarily accelerated O2 buildup. This transition probably ended in the Silurian, when pO2 rose to sufficient levels to homogenize sedimentary carbon–sulfur cycling."

Female Democrat candidate who livestreamed sex acts with her husband for money loses bid for Virginia House seat

The joy of sex happens not to be an election winner! Don't mix politics and sex so they say! 😊

Nice try!

"The Democrat candidate who filmed pornographic videos with her husband and streamed them online has lost her bid for a seat in the Virginia House of Delegates.

In September, Susanna Gibson, a 40-year-old wife and mother of two who was vying for the state House seat representing District 57, made national headlines when news broke that she and her husband, John David Gibson, had previously livestreamed themselves having intimate relations on the website Chaturbate.

Virginia’s Regulatory Reforms Are Role Model for Other States and the federal government

Here is another serious contender to become the next GOP presidential candidate in 2024! The governor of the Commonwealth of Virginia: Glenn Youngkin!

He is a lot more quiet than Ron DeSantis and Donald Trump, but do not underestimate this guy! His hour, his moment in history, may come sooner than later! Fate and prospects sometimes change for the better fast, unexpectedly and spontaneous! If not by the grace of a divine intervention! Prayers are heeded sometimes! 😊

"While the Biden administration’s Washington bureaucrats continue to push for heavy regulation of everything from power plants to ceiling fans, Americans on the other side of the Potomac River are poised to reap the benefits of an administrative accountability overhaul undertaken by Virginia Gov. Glenn Youngkin.

The regulatory reforms come from the Virginia Office of Regulatory Management’s implementation of Youngkin’s Executive Order 19. In June 2022, Youngkin set out this order to make his state’s regulatory regime more efficient, less burdensome, and, above all, accountable to the people of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Executive Order 19 established the Virginia Office of Regulatory Management to oversee all Virginia regulatory procedures, and tasked the office with implementing a 25% reduction in regulatory burdens, ensuring a more transparent regulatory process, and enforcing new cost-benefit analysis standards for all new regulations. ..."

Virginia eliminates degree requirements for most state jobs

Good news! Hopefully, other states have done so already or will follow!

Governor Youngkin could be a dark horse in the upcoming presidential election! Keep an eye on him! 😊

"Virginia Republican Gov. Glenn Youngkin on Tuesday announced a change in state hiring practices that would eliminate requirements or preferences that applicants for most state positions have a college degree.

A press release from Youngkin indicated that the change will take effect on July 1 and affect roughly 90% of state positions. The Old Dominion's myriad agencies post as many as 20,000 job listings per year."

Virginia eliminates degree requirements for most state jobs | Just The News State Secretary of Labor Bryan Slater further, in the same release, indicated that the state was looking into heavily regulated private industries to streamline the professional certification processes.
