This is a reminder that capital punishment should not be executed right after the verdict, but perhaps 3-5 years later.

"A man who spent 41 years on death row in the US after being convicted of killing a woman has been released on bail after prosecutors said newly analysed DNA evidence did not link him to the crime.

Douglas Stewart Carter, who is now 71, was jailed for the killing of Eva Olesen in Utah in 1985.

He was sentenced to death but always maintained his innocence, stating that a signed confession was coerced. ..."

What kind of insignia or symbols are allowed to be shown on campus? Why is it that that some groups/communities have a stronger tendency to show their symbols in public?

When is it necessary to ban the display of specific symbols in public (e.g. Swastika v. Pride Flag)? 

How benign the Pride Flag? Why is it shown so often? Are they trying to dominate public discourse? There is no doubt that the Pride Flag has become a propaganda instrument!
