What is the difference between whistleblowing, obstruction, espionnage, and sabotage? It depends!

Some so called whistleblowers are definitely not heroes, but villains!

The answer depends in each case on the circumstances and facts. Too often so called whistleblowers are celebrated despite serious flaws and ulterior motives. Each case needs to be carefully evaluated! Criminal prosecution should not be withheld or avoided when necessary!

E.g. David Snowden is certainly one of those very dubious whistleblowers in US history.

More recently, there have been news reports about so called whistleblowers who leak information about pending arrests etc. of illegal, most likely criminal immigrants so law enforcement is prevented and they can avoid arrest.
