COP29 host Azerbaijan fails to report rising methane emissions from its fossil fuel production

This irony keeps on giving! Who ever chose Azerbaijan to be the host of COP29! A very good joke!

Just a few days ago the President of Azerbaijan praised fossil fuels as a gift of god.
